These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Nuvanta (“we,” “us,” “our”) and your purchase of golf simulator equipment, launch monitors, enclosures, hitting mats, projectors, and related accessories through nuvanta.shop (the “Site”). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Pricing

We sell golf simulator packages, launch monitors, impact screens and enclosures, hitting mats, projectors, and accessories from brands including Trackman, Uneekor, Foresight Sports, Garmin, SkyTrak, Full Swing, ProTee United, TruGolf, Bushnell Golf, Flightscope, BenQ, Fiberbuilt, and HD Golf. Product photos are representative; enclosure dimensions, mat sizing, and included components can vary by configuration — please confirm specifications with us before ordering if precise fit is critical. Prices are listed in USD, are subject to change without notice, and do not include applicable sales tax or freight surcharges for oversized items, which are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for custom configurations.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is authorized. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or manufacturer stock issues — in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount charged.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Large items (enclosures, simulator packages, mats) typically ship via freight carrier and smaller accessories via parcel carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details on delivery, inspection, and freight handling.

4. Manufacturer Warranties

Launch monitors, projectors, and other electronic components are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., Trackman, Uneekor, Foresight Sports, Garmin, SkyTrak). Nuvanta facilitates warranty claims with the manufacturer but does not independently extend or replace those warranties unless explicitly stated in writing at time of sale.

5. Installation & Assembly

Simulator enclosures and DIY kits require assembly and, in many cases, professional installation (electrical, structural, or ceiling/floor mounting). Nuvanta is not responsible for damage resulting from improper assembly, mounting, or installation not performed by a qualified installer.

6. Returns

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvanta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products sold on this Site, including damages related to installation, use of simulator software, or facility construction. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by Nuvanta or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party trademarks (Trackman, Uneekor, Foresight Sports, Garmin, SkyTrak, Full Swing, ProTee United, TruGolf, Bushnell Golf, Flightscope, BenQ, Fiberbuilt, HD Golf, and others) belong to their respective owners.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
